Shipping policy

Shipping Policy-

Handling time- Please allow a handling time of 1-3 Days for shipment of an item. If for any reason your handling time may be longer we will reach out to contact you. If you do not wish to wait longer then the 3 days we will refund your order in full.

Standard shipping will vary based on location please allow up to 5-10 days from date of shipment in addition to handling time ( 1-3 days)

Expedited shipping will be carried out via USPS Priority mail please allow 1-3 days of transit time to the continental United States.

If your package does not arrive with in the stated times please reach out to us at RedDoorAlpacaFarmCT@gmail.com. We will reach out to the carrier and do our best to provide a resolution. If the package for any reason is lost or failed delivery we offer a refund, exchange ore replacement at that time.
